SellFast AI provides an AI-powered listing generator that helps users create product descriptions, pricing suggestions, and multilingual content for online marketplaces including Vinted and eBay. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze product images and generate relevant listing information.
3. User Account and Credits
3.1. You must create an account to use SellFast AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2. New users receive 5 free credits upon account creation.
3.3. Credits are consumed when generating listings. Each listing generation costs 1 credit.
3.4. Additional credits can be purchased through our pay-per-use plans.
3.5. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SellFast AI to:
- Generate listings for illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items
- Create misleading or fraudulent product descriptions
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Abuse or exploit the service through automated means or excessive usage
5. AI-Generated Content
5.1. All content generated by SellFast AI is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
5.2. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in your listings.
5.3. We do not guarantee that AI-generated prices are accurate or optimal for your specific situation.
5.4. You retain full responsibility for all content you publish on third-party platforms.
6. Payments
6.1. Fees are charged on a pay-per-use basis for credit packages.
6.2. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
6.3. Purchased credits do not expire and are added to your account immediately.
6.4. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect previously purchased credits.
7. Intellectual Property
The SellFast AI service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SellFast AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
SellFast AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
